UNIQUE is an innovative, high-potential flow-pack machine with a rotating group that integrates the conformer, drive rollers, sealing rollers, and crimping unit. This unique system allows product loading in multiple positions—even vertical—offering unmatched flexibility.
Ideal for the agri-food sector, UNIQUE can pack baked goods, bread, pasta, pizza, frozen foods, fruit and vegetables, meats, cheeses, and more—individually or in multipacks, with or without trays. It’s also perfect for technical products with variable lengths (wood, plastic, metal profiles, tubes, coils, etc.) without the need for re-adjustment.
UNIQUE is fully synchronized with the operator: product loading triggers the film feed and wrapping cycle. The machine adapts to the user, not the other way around.
It can be integrated with conveyors or custom loading systems to enhance productivity, effectively becoming a compact, automatic packing unit. A modern PLC with touchscreen interface allows easy control of all parameters like speed, temperature, and bag length.
