Multi-cavity injection moulds for PET preforms, made in the SIMEX production departments using
specific steels certified for these applications, with construction of spare parts for any type of mould on the market. Dimensional quality checks performed on all mould components with the use of a certified three-dimensional control machine.

- Complete conversions for changing weights and mouthpieces
- Construction of spare parts (core, neck ring, top cavity, locking ring, etc)
- Complete extraordinary maintenance (injection system included) on 3 levels, differentiated according to the work cycles
